Terms and Conditions for Live One-on-One Video Editing Classes

1. Course Structure:
   • The course consists of 12 live sessions.
   • Each session is 1 hour in duration.
   • Sessions will typically be scheduled on an alternate day basis (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
2. Schedule Flexibility:
   • Students may opt to attend sessions Monday to Friday if preferred. In this case, the validity period will be adjusted accordingly.
3. Validity:
   • The total validity of the course is 30 days from the date of the first session.
   • All sessions must be completed within this 30-day period. In case you do not attend your 12 classes during your validity, any remaining classes will be forfeited.
4. Pricing:
   • The total course fee is ₹4999.
   • Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the first session.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
   • Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling will be accommodated based on availability.
6. No Show Policy:
   • If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, that session will be considered as completed and will not be rescheduled.
7. Technical Requirements:
   • Students must have a stable internet connection and access to video conferencing tools to participate in the live sessions.
8. Content Ownership:
   • All course materials provided during the sessions are for personal use only. Distribution or reproduction of materials is prohibited.
